WHEN WILL I RECEIVE THE TRACKING NUMBER?
All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse in Asia. Please allow additional time for your order to be processed during holidays and sales seasons.
The in-store process for storage and packaging will take approximately 2-5 business days. Once your order is ready to ship, tracking information will be available and emailed to you.
Please contact us if you do not receive tracking confirmation within 5 business days from the day you completed your payment.
If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information or an incorrect address, processing of your order may be delayed.
HOW CAN I CHECK MY PACKAGE?
When your order ships, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
The delivery time for you is as follows:
Estimated delivery date = Purchase date + 1 to 3 business days (stock process) + Estimated shipping time
Estimated shipping time:
- USA: 5-10 days
- UK: 5-12 days
- NZ: 7-14 days
- Australia: 7-14 days
- Canada: 5-12 days
- México: 8-15 days
- Europe: 5-12 days
- Rest of the world: 10-20 days
You can expect to receive your order on or before the estimated delivery date.
IMPORTANT:
We are not responsible if a package cannot be delivered due to missing, incomplete or incorrect destination information. Please enter correct shipping details at checkout. If shipping information is not entered correctly before the item is shipped, we will not be responsible for lost packages. If you realize you’ve made a mistake in your shipping details, please email us at contact@yangood.com as soon as possible.
Customs and taxes
Prices displayed on our website are tax-free in US dollars, which means you may be subject to paying duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order reaches its final destination, as determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes is your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by your country’s customs. For more details about charges, please contact your local customs office.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation is approved within the first 12 hours after purchase. After 12 hours, your order will automatically be archived and sent to the warehouse for storage, packaging and shipping. Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed. Please be advised that a management, processing and transaction fee (10% of the total order value) will apply for cancellations. To submit a request, please email contact@yangood.com. We would appreciate it if you could provide the reason for cancellation. This will help us improve our products and services.
Replacement of damaged products
In cases where the product received is damaged or has manufacturing defects, the buyer has the right to request a refund or replacement within 30 days of receiving the item. Buyers may be asked to provide photographic evidence of product manufacturing defects to contact@yangood.com. If the case is considered valid, Yangood will cover any related costs.
After 30 days of receiving the item, buyers will no longer be able to request a refund for any reason.
Frequently Asked Questions
“I ordered multiple items, but I have received my parcel holding just 1 of them.”
If you place an order with us for multiple items it is more than likely going to be shipped in more than one package. Please allow some time for all of your items to arrive.
“I paid for my order but did not get a confirmation email”
Please check your spam folder, some emails might end up there. If you need to contact us, we are available at contact@yangood.com.
“I placed an order but I would like to cancel it, is it possible?”
Please email us at contact@yangood.com in this case. We will be able to cancel your order only if it hasn’t been shipped already. A cancellation fee of 10% of your total order amount will be deducted from your refund to cover the refund fee that our payment gateway charges us.
